I've always found NIST to produce some of the more useful infosec guidance, but knowing what they've published and where to find it has always been a challenge. NIST has now published the Guide to NIST Information Security Documents, which provides an index to all their infosec-related documentation. Sadly, there are no links, but the titles and document identifiers should be plenty to find the document you want.
